This dish was created by Charley after watching after he watched a Food Network show. For lunch one afternoon he asked his Aunt Savay to throw together a plate of crispy chicken and fried Thai basil leaves for his lunch. Our customer Allan came in while Charley was eating and sampled the dish. Allan enjoyed the dish so much he ordered a plate for himself! He continues to order this delicious dish when he visits.

Since adding it to our menu the Allan Special has become one of our most popular dishes. In fact we recently learned that another restaurant has added the dish to their menu too, so visit Siam Kitchen to find out what the original is really like.
